• Handling the complaints, understanding the problems and making corrective and preventive action to meet client’s requirements.
• Coordinating with our NPD, Prepress, Planning, Production, Quality and dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of Material.
• Knowledge about Board, Offset Printers, Process on cartons.
• Conducting market research, understanding new trends, marketing intelligence and keep regular eyes on competitors.
• Dealing in Mono Cartons , Fluted Carton, Lined Carton & Rigid Box.
• Customers that I am handling include DPL (BABA), DS Group all third Parties, Dabur Group with all third Parties, G.D. Food, and Wings Biotech with all third Parties, Rajesh Masala, Rakesh Masala,etc.
