    • Maintained retention of 98% with all connected VIP players
    • Conducted live Ludo Tournament Program in the game, this is the first program owned by me in the company. Research analysis , BRD and PPT presentation delivered to the respective stakeholders. The promotion , making creatives ( Learned FIGMA Tool specially for it ) and running the tournament end to end was under me. Curated the tournament in such a way that no dev requirement was needed.

    • The third and the flagship program of all was the VIP dice program , a totally revenue driven program , Initial user research , drive calls with Users from LATAM, Europe, Asia and North american continent. Business document discussion with the stakeholder regarding the pros and cons, Handling discussion the Art team and coordination for the creation of dice, Pricing plan and roadmap planning for dice campaigns every month, Achieved to bring 1 Cr Revenue in 8 Months from VIP dice sale.
