Within the scope of Genius Telecoms, each distinct initiative represents a project where I played a pivotal role in design and implementation. One such project involved crafting an eCommerce web application using Dotnet Razor Core, featuring an in-house CMS module. This application streamlined customer registration and payment processes, integrating seamlessly with third-party APIs from MVNOs to provide physical and e-SIM services. Another significant undertaking was the development of Helpdesk Systems, a CRM application for customer service agents. Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, I contributed from database design using Dapper ORM to user interface development with Web APIs and Razor Core. Additionally, I managed a team of six, ensuring the integration of mailing functionalities and Azure file storage within the system. Simultaneously, I led the Supplier Volume Allocation (SVA) project, focusing on the management of customer data in the energy services sector. This encompassed tasks such as payment integration, module development, and the configuration of Virtual Machines for hosting databases and the CRM application. Throughout these projects, I utilized tools like Azure Boards for efficient reporting and code management on Azure repositories, showcasing my proficiency in varied technologies and project leadership within the dynamic environment of the company.

My substantial contributions encompassed two pivotal in-house projects, the Supplier Volume Allocation (SVA) application and the Vault Service. The SVA application, a Dot Net MVC Core-based platform, adeptly managed customer data for energy services provided by clients, employing a blend of Javascript, JQuery, and KendoUI for seamless functionality. Simultaneously, I played a crucial role in the development of the Vault Service, an in-house encryption solution that implemented a combination of algorithms to ensure the secure encryption of data in transit. These endeavors underscore my proficiency in diverse technologies and my dedication to crafting comprehensive solutions, whether it be in dynamic data management or the implementation of robust encryption measures, showcasing my commitment to excellence in software development.

In my role on the Ticlet project, an event management venture specializing in smart ticketing and E-Kiosk solutions, I spearheaded the development of the partner and admin portal. Tasked with enabling event venues to effortlessly create E-tickets via an intuitive UI, I collaborated closely with the chief architect to design the API structure and establish the underlying database. Additionally, I played a crucial role in developing APIs for seamless integration with mobile applications, enhancing the overall functionality. Beyond Ticlet, my versatility was showcased through the creation of web scrapers and the development of small modules for projects such as Vibrant Goa, demonstrating my adaptability to diverse technical challenges. Notably, my commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends was highlighted by my active participation in the Microsoft DotNet Conference 2019, where I engaged with the latest advancements and shared insights within the broader technology community.
