• Played a key role in preparation of life of mine plan for all the 8 mines which includes: life of mine production scenario modelling, ventilation requirement vs capacity, equipment calculation, infrastructure design such as workshops/sumps/pump capacity, and dewatering circuit
• Played instrumental role in mine expansion planning project across the company and delivered technical assistance to all the sites which debottlenecked the capacities from 14 Mtpa to 19 Mtpa
• Reviewed the Business & Monthly plans for assigned sites & captured parameters to enhance the quality: dilution control, over break control, pull per blast enhancement, and recovery enhancement
• Conducted Special Projects such as: feasibility assessment of continuous mining in the metal industry, installation of underground crusher/mineral sizer for waste and paste filling, and implementing battery operated vehicles in underground mines
