Project 1

A US based client is a premier background and drug screening company that services to companies across industries in the USA. They wanted a customer portal to be developed where customers could see their invoices and make payments against those. Also, they wanted to use Salesforce for managing their internal business processes.

Role/Responsibilities-

• Discussion with stakeholders and understanding project requirements
• Designing the object structure for processing payments
• Responsible for carrying out development activities which includes building public portal using sites, building Lightning & VisualForce Components, integration with Stripe & AWS S3 for generating invoices & processing payments and customizing Salesforce as per the business requirements.
• Deployment - creating and uploading changesets.

Project 2

A Belgium based client which is into the business of building intelligent chatbots to increase quality, to drive efficiency, and to bring customer intimacy to the next level. Developed an AppExchange app that serves as a Salesforce Integration from where chat agents can directly communicate with third parties where the chatbot is installed.
