  • Designed and developed valves, new capabilities, and next-generation valves to fulfill customer needs, as well as to comply with current and next emission norms through benchmarking, VOC analysis, Requirement management, Concept generation (solid modeling, engineering drawing, and GD&T), Concept selection (Pugh matrix and concept trade-off matrix), Risk assessment (DFMEA), DOE, Design optimization (engineering calculations, tolerance stack-up, simulation result analysis, baseline product analysis), Prototype and Production release in PLM software, Inspection report analysis, DV and PVP&R, Test result analysis, RCA, Design for Six Sigma, and Statistical tools.
