Manage Analytics side of CD & TW Loan Products for the bank.

1. Responsible for algorithm development and maintenance of 100% STP process for both CD & TW product which led to save UW cost and reduce decisioning TAT.

2. Oversee all application, behavioural, etc. scorecards development, deployment and performance.

3. Interaction with IT, policy, collection and business teams for product & process improvement.

4. Partner management for new projects and capabilities.

6. R&D on new projects and alternate data for risk mitigation and incremental business opportunity.

• Prepare policy and framework for customer acquisition.
• Created pre-approved prospect offer base and improved its approval rate from 55 to 72%.
• Risk management of existing/newly acquired customer.
• Actively creating DOE's on block base using SDK features .
• Provide analytical support like propensity or risk tagging on offer base for effective communication and conversion.
• Extensive research on bureau data for customer's delinquency and tradeline mix and using the same during model building and tag creation and decision making process.
• Building analytical models like Risk and Propensity scorecard using logistic regression.

• Building indices for clients for investment benchmarking.
• Analyzing past performance, providing insights and recommendations.

• Looked after calculation of indirect taxes applicable on sales made by company.
• Worked closely with government officials during reconciliation activity and filing of necessary forms.
