Extensive experience in managing complex projects comprising of Global team and culture with multiple onsite engagements for delivery, sale and training.

I believe in moto "No ideal is a silly idea" from my younger days and that tells that I am always up for improving, betterment and innovation that is key to any organization that is looking to drive value in any form for its customers, business or any global impact.

  • Championed the launch of ICICI Bank's global app designed specifically for international customers, achieving 4.5-star ratings and exceeding $10 million in remittances and payments.

  • Engage with cross-functional teams in operations, technology, and core banking to explain the vision and strategy tied to product requirements, thereby effectively planning, reviewing, and monitoring critical initiatives.

  • Heading a team of 14 professionals including team leads. Responsbile for growth, training and mentoring of the team in line with Bank's organisational policies and strategy.
  • Responsible for monthly risk reporting to the EDs of the bank, and proactively implementing action plans for mitigating project risks.
