• UD Japan- MDT business (Nov- 2020 – May- 2021) & Volvo Australia- MDT Business (Dec- 2020 – June- 2021). - Successfully completing APQP targets of sample build in UD Japan & Volvo Australia business and achieving SOP targets and ramp-up
  production with smooth supplies via 90% Sea freight.
• High Voltage wiring harness for Electric trucks in MFTBC Japan ( Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation). - Successfully completed in APQP 4th build of High voltage wiring harness requirement for new electric vehicle and starting 5th build
  for testing requirement at customer end.
• Successful transfer of production plant from Poland to Sharjah (April-2018 – July-2018). MSSL acquired PKC group, KTP Poland plant (Kabel Technic Polska) whole production was planned to be shifted to UAE. Headed the transfer from UAE and successfully completed the transfer with only 80% of the allotted budget utilized.
• ROCLA - LUNA Project (Mar-2017 – Apr-2018)- ROCLA announced to phase out their old designs product with new features for new generation technology for off road vehicles.
• John Deere - Sparrow II Project (May-2017 – Sep-2018)- Sparrow II launched at John Deere Germany with deletion of some Sparrow 1 parts and with new models in existing one. This also contains wire harness for John Deere Power systems for tractors.
• John Deere - Sparrow I Project (Feb-2016 – Dec-2016)- Sparrow I project launched at John Deere Germany for enhancement in design and new features as one of their innovation project to replace old designs wiring harnesses for tractors.
• Successfully implementing planning material and production plan for John Deere (European customer) transfer from Estonia to Sharjah Plant for Germany and France location (08/2015 – 11/2015).
• Implemented full MRP system resulting in a decrease of Euro 2.5 Mn in Inventory, a 33% reduction in overall plant Inventory.
• Revaluation of higher cost Purchase requisition material of Finished goods to lower prices by various cost saving activities (05/2017 – 09/2020).
• Successfully achieving ROCE (Return on Capital Employed) target of 40% by implementing various cost saving projects and lowering Inventory of Raw material in cooperation with sales team (12/2016 – 09/2019).
• Reducing outward Freight of supplies to customer by reducing the number of shipments by EURO 25K on consolidation basis and increasing SEA/AIR ratio.
• Successfully completing IATF audits without major Non conformity every year from 2014 till date for recertification and surveillance audits from Production planning and inventory control departments with current organization.
