• Managed end-to-end documentation for give-up agreements supporting ETD client onboarding and trading

• Handling all Fees and Commission Postings in GMI for any fee discrepancy.

• Validation, tracking and Payment of Brokerage invoices across a variety of product classes including Listed futures/options, USLO, OTC Derivatives, Floor Brokerage.
• Performing Brokerage Reconciliation for Electronic/Manuals within
  Settlement platforms including Atlantis/GPs.
• Handling broker enquiries, interacting with internal stake holders related issues and responding within the turnaround time.
• GMI vs Sub ledger reconciliation to resolve discrepancies in client account.
• Building and maintaining broker and Client's relations across the industry.
• Involved in team management activities which includes training, upskilling people management, planning etc.

• Timely and accurate management of trade settlement process to ensure all the trades are settled according to terms of underlying agreements.
• Working on Execution business for US markets in electronic platform
• Reconciling & Investigation on T+1, breaks and fixing within deadline.
• Preparation of MIS and Settlements reports which is presented to management & Onshore clients.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in the processes and automate them to eliminate the risk in the manual process.
• UBS applications- eRecs, GMI, EGUS, CME-GPS, Egains & Atlantis

• Working on behalf of U.S Doctors to get payment through the Insurance companies claimed by the patients.
• Account receivable management for health care billing cycle
• Maintaining a record of denied claims and follow up on the same within the TAT provided by the client,
• Escalating the issue related claims denial or any other issue to the client on Immediate basis
