Work with a variety of internal systems and platforms to deliver accurate and compliant system setups, including benefits configuration, reporting, and automated scheduling.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—developers, testers, and business analysts—to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Conduct Unit Testing and Regression Testing to validate system configurations, ensuring seamless integrations and preventing defects during system updates.
Create detailed Test Plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with project requirements.
Perform end-to-end configuration testing, resolve system discrepancies, and ensure smooth benefit plan implementations.
Maintain thorough documentation to support internal audits, system traceability, and ongoing process improvement.
