Summary

A multi-disciplinary HR leader with key and SME knowledge in Talent Development and Learning and Development. In my immediate past role, I lead and built the People Development agenda and team for Moss Adams in India. The key domains I lead - > Future skills, Learning, Talent and Career development and Culture building. Previously, I have worked with Infosys Ltd, Deloitte USI and KPMG Global Services in multi-stakeholder and highly critical and complex projects in the domain of Talent Development and L&D.

I take passion in amalgamating attributes of behavioral science and high performance in organizations, and design them as offerings for the workforce.

With an upbringing in diverse cultures, I had the opportunity to develop an agile mindset. I was conferred the L&D Future Leader Award by The Economic Times - HR World, last year, for contributions in the field of Talent Development. I also strive to contribute the knowledge gained via work on forums such as HR Conferences and White Paper contests and have won accolades for the same.

Aside of work , public speaking, travelling, writing and fitness are the activities/arenas I am passionate about outside of work.

I had the privilege of emerging as the 1st place winner in Impromptu speech in Toastmasters International, amongst 4k+ participants across 7 provinces of India, in the year 2021.

  • Established the people development agenda for Moss Adams at India- inclusive of Learning and development, HiPo development, performance management, leadership effectiveness and culture for a workforce of ~300
  • Lead the India team and build and deploy the learning and talent strategy, along with global leadership team of Moss Adams
  • Establish, deploy and evaluate frameworks on coaching, succession planning, competency mapping, developing early talent, learning and leader development.

  • Built the learning strategy with 2 major businesses to strengthen talent pool, manage career transitions and up-skilling interventions for a workforce of 1000+ .
  • Enhanced onboarding function at KPMG Global Services into an ever scaling hybrid program with a successful rollout covering 10k+ hires. Collaborated on the design of onboarding sessions to eLearning modules basis established frameworks of Instructional Design.
  • Managed talent acceleration for ~70 newly promoted leaders of business by leveraging established frameworks of coaching, manager development and network-based peer learning.
