- Payment Flow Analysis: Analyze payment flows and investigate funds transfers involving various Swift types, including:
- MT 103 and MT 202
- Serial, Direct, and Cover Payments
- TGT, EBA, ESE and book payments
- Communication: Contact banks and financial institutions via Swift messaging systems (MT 199/299/999/192/292), and resolve queries through direct calls with banks worldwide.
- Issue Rectification: Rectify issues by making payments and sending amendment messages, ensuring prompt resolution, and client satisfaction.
