Project Brief:-
1. Renovation of G+5 Commercial Building: -

• As a Site Manager, I was responsible for ensuring that activities are completed on time. Monitoring the work of labour contractor. Also prepared daily activity report, material stock report.
• Prepared WBS for the project. Co-ordinate Project details and planned activist and other reports between client, Contractor and the sub-contractors. Capturing plan v/s actual, tracking of the project to ensure zero time overrun, identifying the area of improvement and quality control management.
• Was also responsible for client management, Vendor management, material and equipment management. Monitored modification of MEP Services
  
  2. Powergrid, Nagpur:-
• Renovation of the administrative building and residential quarters of RHQ- Powergrid co-operation of India Responsible for monitoring the fit-out and civil work and co-ordination of the work with client and contractor. Taking approvals and JMR with the client before demolition of any structure and also after the completion of final work.
• Ensuring the material procured complies with the specification given in the tender document.
  
  3. Truck weight scale (Fuelcoal corporation India Ltd) :-
• Worked as Site Engineer for the construction of truck weight scale. Ensuring that work is been carried out as per drawings and specifications and ensuring that proper equipment and materials are available on the site

Worked on a cable stay bridge project involving execution, quality management and vendor management.

Project Brief :

• Zuari Cable Stay Bridge : construction of 640 m long river bridge consisting caissons and piling.
