Budget Management for Purchase Order. - Formalize all the required documents like SOW (statement of work), Quote, Sponsorship agreement , change order form and provide approvals with the respective team.
- Creating IOs (internal order), budget transfer, imports, through PET tool and cordinate with the Accenture team to approve the IO in SAP tool.
- Handling many different regions like EMEA, Asia , LATAM, USA , Canada and WE.
- Transferring of allocated Budget between different internal orders and subsidiaries.
- Managing the daily volume through assigning the service request and ensuring it to execute on time.
