Project Description: HR On Tips is an advanced HRMS for managing employee data, payroll, recruitment, performance evaluations, and attendance. Built with ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Azure SQL, it ensures efficient and secure HR operations, with cloud deployment on Azure.

# Project : HRBoard

Description:

Built a fully responsive Employee Management Portal designed for HR teams to manage employee records, departments, and leave requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developed the frontend using React.js and React Hooks, creating interactive and dynamic UI components, like employee tables, search filters, modals, and forms.
• Designed the UI with HTML5 and CSS3, using Flexbox and Grid layouts to achieve pixel-perfect responsiveness across desktop and mobile devices.
• Integrated frontend with RESTful APIs to fetch, display, and update employee data in real time.
• Implemented React Router for seamless navigation between different modules (e.g., Dashboard, Employee Directory, and Leave Management).
• Handled form validation using React Hook Form, and displayed error states for a better user experience.
