• Performed API testing using SOAP UI, validating request/response payloads, headers, and HTTP status codes.

Key Projects: Enterprise Communication Platform (ECP), Self-Onboarding (SOB), Charging Gateway

As there were many project and patches on which I have worked upon, therefore mentioned below are the main Core Projects:

1) ECP (ENTERPRISE COMMUNICATION PLATFORM) : ECP is a solution suite offering message delivery services over SMS,MMS,USSD and WAP to different consumer segments which need to communicate with subscribers encase and on periodic basis. It enables Customers to Send Promotional messages faster when compared to any traditional method of Advertisement.It delivers innovative services with greater speed and quality.

2) SOB (Self-Onboarding): SOB is a suite solution where the subscribers can board themselves to the online portal to recharge their quota and buy plans for their pre-paid or postpaid recharge.

3) Charging Gateway: It is a billing application for charging the quota based on sending messages.

Responsibilities:

· Installed application builds and patches to set up and maintain test environments for multiple telecom applications.

· Designed and documented test scenarios, functional and non-functional test cases, and maintained Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and test reports.

· Executed system, regression, sanity, and exploratory testing across multiple releases to ensure application stability.

· Logged, tracked, and validated defects using the Compass test management tool, including uploading detailed test evidence.

· Performed API testing using Postman and validated application behavior across GUI and backend integrations.
