- Provide controlled copies of drawings to quality, purchasing and production
- Provide data management with Windchill PDMLink 9.1
- DFMEA creation & tracking, conduct DFMEA reviews.
- Maintaining DIS (Document information records), BOM, ECM in SAP.
- Coordination with production, quality, supply chain, purchasing for M2/M3/M4 Sample preparation (to find out lead times for production tooling, quality gauges including investments)
- Conduct internal design reviews.

- Regular interaction with Product Development (PD) team in HQ and lead plants.
- Provide on time support to customer through application engineering team for various project activities.

- Design and Development of sheet metal and plastic parts used in Air Intake System. Design as per DFM & DFA.
- Design & Develop Air Intake System as per BS VI emission norms which required Special Mass Air Flow Sensor.
- Restriction/pressure drop calculations across Air Intake System against Air flow rate to evaluate life of air filter.
