• Conducting Safety Audit of the site. Preparation of Audit Report for the same.
• Accident/incident investigation and documentation.
• Safety committee meeting conduct every month and MOM sending to all safety committee members.
• Medical Examination of worker employed on dangerous process & Canteen workers.
• New machine safety verification as per Keihin Corporation requirement.
• Conducting mock drills / Evacuation Drill twice in year (Day/Night) as per Emergency Preparedness plan.
• Conducting Risk Assessment of the instruments, process, area etc.
• Safety trainings to Workers, Drivers & others for Usage of Safety Items, Fire safety, First aid, SCBA (Self Containing Breathing Apparatus), Evacuation Safety during transportation and up keeping of flammable & other solvents, Spill Control Procedure, LOTO, Environmental Awareness etc.
• Preparation & implementation of Work Permit System E.g. Hot work, work at height, Excavation work, General work.

• Timely replacement & maintenance of fire extinguisher.
• Timely testing of Pressure vessels, Fork lift, lift, conveyor, Extinguisher, LPG pipe line etc.
• MSDS data sheet update & display in Storage Area.
• Fire hydrant system operates every month & Inspection Report filed.
• Timely submission of applications for various License e.g. Fire NOC, Explosive License, Factory License, Building plan approval.
• AGSS & AMSS (Aisin global safety standard & Aisin machine safety standard implementation).

• Global sustainability data reporting (Carbon disclosure project)
• Responsible for collecting data from various departments related to carbon footprint and review with management.
• Responsible for calculation of carbon footprint data for various processes and material.
• Filling sustainability surveys.
• Calculating and reporting scope 1 and scope 2 carbon emission data to SMR global team.
• Part of the team making transition plan towards net zero till 2040.
• Sustainability data reporting Environment, Social & Governance on Benchmark Genesite portal. (Single portal for all Motherson group sustainability reporting)
