• Consolidated various shadow IT operations and establishing the IT.Infosec department
• Created a formal IT structure complete with global Helpdesk Operations
• Introduced the Hardware as a Service model to manage overseas endpoint support and logistics
• Ensured computing support continued during COVID lockdown situations
• Oversaw transformation to a secure virtual cloud architecture to support our ambitious growth globally.
• Drove ISO27001 certification - reduced non-conformities from 19 to 0 over 24 months and successful SOC2 attestation
• Ensured Customer Compliance and GDPR requirements are met.
• Hardened our infrastructure security by implementing AI based SIEM systems linked to a SOC Centre
• Data Protection of Product IP by establishing policies, secure code repositories and DLP enforcement
• Ensured our Co.Dx Product suite met Veracode Level 5 security attestation
• Introduced Portfolio Partnership to uphold the compliance standards of customer delivery projects
• Set up the Incident Management Process
• Developed and implemented the Company Code of Conduct

• Responsible for establishing and managing the External Design service team globally as well as the security architecture and processes for the External Design service
• This service builds and operates 120+ ODC’s (Offshore Development Centres) with a total of 4000+ users globally
• These ODC’s handle $100+ million worth of projects which contribute to Intel’s future product road map for Intel
• Responsibilities included:
• Responsible for the security capability requirements of the ODC’s and mentoring new vendors
• Reduced audit costs by 40% by designing a formula-based audit strategy and metrics to capture supplier security capability
• Governance of network and access controls
• Service delivery manager for 200+ customers across Europe and Asia
• Reduced project landing times and ODC set up times by over 50% through automation and through partnerships.

• Information Risk and Security– Intel IT
• Single point of contact to assess and resolve IT risk issues for Intel within Asia with virtual teams
• Responsibilities were to:
• Facilitate teams across Intel Asia sites to identify risks based on business impact
• Designed Assessment strategy and ensured mitigation actions were taken to achieve an acceptable level of risk in terms of affordability and management risk tolerance
• Advised Product Design groups to reduce risk of IP Loss through proper data handling and laboratory compliance controls which paved the way for Intel India to become the largest design centre outside the US
• Due diligence and resolution of information security risks for over 8 acquisitions by Intel
• Designed and conducted Infosecurity Training for the incoming employees
• Responsible India IT Business Continuity Planning
• Chaired the Business Continuity Planning Council for Intel India
• Partnered with Internal Audit to resolve issues and also resolved conflicts in audit data.

• Role was to set up new Business Groups landing in, India
• Responsibilities were:
• Incubated new product groups landing in Intel India which contributed to Intel India
• Becoming the largest non-manufacturing site outside the US
• Established Intel India’s first Test Lab around Intel India’s first chip design project
• Recruited and mentored the new Test Lab management team
• Turned around non-performing support departments and revamping policies.

• Consulted on various operations re-engineering and turnarounds

• Under contract to Lucas Engineering and Systems for a Business Process Engineering Project for a major tractor manufacturer

• Did a research project on the quality of Primary Health Care for the UK National Health Service.
