•Synthesis and Interpretation:
Synthesis of various organic compounds and interpretation of
analytical data same. Handling moisture sensitive reactions. Knows synthesis from mg scale to gram scale.
•Tracking & monitoring:
Monitoring the timelines to complete the process/target molecule synthesis as per agreed timelines in coordination with Team lead and project lead.
•Project coordination:
Identify and manage (with the Project Leader) all project/synthesis-related issues, to ensure prompt resolution and to avoid negative impact.
Proactively identify risks involved. Co-ordinating with team members.
•Project concerned responsibilities:
Ensuring that projects are according to quality standards, SOPs, Compliance, and safety regulations.
•Communication & Management:
Communicate Project progress, specific information and delays to the team lead/project lead.
