Coordinating with TPI agencies for timely coordination of inspection activities and issue the final Clearance after activities done as per approved QAP/ITP.

• Handling export jobs for Filtration and Drying, Vessel, Wiped Film Evaporator for Pfaudler based on PED 2014/68/EU (AD2000) and ASME SEC VIII DIV1U STAMP
• Day to day coordinating with NOBO and AI (TUV Nord, and LRQA) for inspection activities.

• Project Handling: Linde India Ltd
• (U stamp Vessel)-Flawway, Deepak Nitrite Ltd (Distillation Column), Navine Flourine Ltd (Heat Exchanger), GFC (Reactor), Aarti Engineering (Pressure vessel, Heat Exchanger)
• Responsibilities: Inspection of Incoming material, Formed Components as per applicable code, material certificate, purchase order, TDC
• Preparation of Quality Control Plan, NDT Procedures, Hydrotest Procedures
• Perform stage wise inspection and final inspection such as final dimension and visual, hydrotest and painting and surface preparation (salt contamination test, surface roughness check) as per Quality Control Plan and approved drawing
• Co-ordination with client, Authorized inspector and third party regarding all inspection activities
• (TUV, HSB and BV, TPL, SGS, LR)
• Preparation of Final Dossier
• Interpretation of Radiographic film and coordinating Agency For Radiography testing.

• (U-stamp lead lined Vessel-Bromine Storage), Economizer header replacement for (Star Trading DCC Kuwait
• (ASME S-Stamp)), Dresser-Rand India Pvt Ltd-Volume Bottle, Archean Chemicals (U-Stamp lead lined vessels), Burckhardt Compression India Pvt Ltd (Fixed tube-Sheet heat exchanger)
• Responsibilities: Inspection of Incoming material as per applicable code, material certificate, purchase order etc
• Preparation of QCP, weld Plan & Test Plan as per Drawing and Project Requirements
• Inspection of Material (Material Identification), formed components
• Before Proceed to Fabrication as per Drawing And Project Specification, TDC
• Perform stage wise inspection and final inspection as per Quality Control Plan and drawing
• Preparation of heat treatment cycle and reviewing the Heat treatment graph
• Co-ordination with client and third party regarding all inspection activities
• (TUV, HSB and BV, TPL, LR)
• Preparation & Submitting of Final documents (Dossiers) as per client requirement.

• Responsibilities: Perform stage wise inspection activities such as Fit-up, Weld Visual etc
• As per Drawing Requirement
• Preparation of Isometric drawing from Plan drawing
• Perform Final Inspection activities Such as final Dimension, Overall Visual Inspection, Verification of all Parts as per BOM etc
• As per Approved Drawing
• Inspection of Pressure test such as Hydro test
• Inspection of Surface Preparation and Painting as per Procedures and drawing such as Surface roughness check, Final DFT Check
• Preparation of weekly inspection report & co-ordination with project management team
• (TKIS)
• Review of RT Films & RT Offering.

• Responsibilities: Perform stage wise inspection activities such as Fit-up, Weld Visual etc
• As per Drawing Requirement
• Perform Final Inspection activities Such as Overall Visual Inspection, Verification of all Parts as per BOM etc
• As per Approved Drawing
• Co-ordination with Linde QC department regarding Inspection activities.
