International Project Experience

• Performed HVAC and cleanroom performance testing, including air velocity, CFM, and ACPH measurements, in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Executed Filter Integrity (HEPA) Testing, Non-Viable Particle Count Recovery Tests, and Differential Pressure Monitoring for classified areas.
• Conducted airflow visualization (smoke) studies under at-rest and in-operation conditions.
• Carried out power failure tests, sound level (dB), and lux level monitoring, and temperature and relative humidity (RH) mapping using calibrated data loggers.
• Supported Media Fill activities, including video recording, documentation, and editing for audit and compliance purposes.
• Installed and validated HEPA filters, pre-filters, and RLAF units in cleanroom environments.
• Performed compressed air and nitrogen gas validation, and steam quality testing, as per GMP requirements.
