● Developing and configuring Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Catalog Client Scripts and Client Scripts, UI Action, UI Pages, UI Macros etc.
● Configuring the Email Notification, Templates, Client Template etc.
● Configuring the Access control (ACL) so that we can have control of user’s who can read, write or edit the database.
● Deployment checklist and test case document preparation.
● Following the AGILE methodology to develop and deploy the code in development to production environments.
● Incorporating the coding standards and best practices in the implementation.
● Deploying the developed code to QA/Production instances using Update Sets.
● Regression testing.
This Service Catalog Management Application’s functionality has been partially customized, and we have automated the entire Process for Order Guides.

● Customizing Catalog Item form and adding new fields as per requirement.
● Creating custom modules and applying filters for Service Catalog Application as per requirement and creating new categories and adding it to service catalog as per requirement.

● Development of Catalog UI Policy for making Variables Mandatory, visible as per requirement.
