• Solely responsible for executing and managing Run & Maintain operations in SAP S/4 HANA Security, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
• Served as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions regarding security enhancements and access management.
• Gained hands-on experience in Fiori tile creation, catalog and group assignments, and launchpad configuration within the S/4 HANA environment.

SAP ECC Security (Project - Dupont):

• Served as the Security System Owner during implementation, leading end-to-end role design and development by coordinating client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Conducted in-depth T-Code analysis and testing, along with comprehensive role evaluation to ensure precise and compliant authorization mapping.
• Handled legal entity-based role segregation aligned with the client’s organizational structure and compliance needs.
• Supported defect resolution during User Security Acceptance Testing (USAT) and actively contributed during the Go-Live phase to ensure a smooth transition.

SAP ABAP (Project - Kronos):

• Provided support and enhancements in SAP ABAP by debugging and improving existing code based on project requirements.

SAP Security (Project - TE Connectivity):

• Managed end-to-end user administration tasks in SAP ECC, GRC, and S/4 HANA, including creating/modifying user accounts, password resets, and lock/unlock requests.
• Handled access provisioning based on user requirements and resolved missing authorizations to ensure smooth business operations.
• Provided Run & Maintain support across SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.
• Proactively addressed daily incidents, collaborated with end users, and interacted with clients to resolve access-related issues efficiently.
