- Preparing & Monitoring Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports on SAP Business Objects for all the tools.
- Monitoring & troubleshooting various DB customized tools like GAR, ROFS and also vendor tools like BigFix & SharePoint.
- Manage incident resolution from initial occurrence to successful outcome.
- Undertaking research for the root-causes of Incidents and thus ensures the enduring elimination of interruptions.
- Providing Level 2 support for all the tools from server side.
- Monitoring the application and infrastructure components of various applications of Deutsche Bank (MINT, SAP Business Objects, Adapter Services, Hotscan, MPO, Prisma, DBDC and DBDI, Trade Finance, MTNA, FX4CASH).
- Servers Monitoring, Database Monitoring, Web services Monitoring, Network monitoring etc. through various tools for Deutsche Bank.

- ORCA (Operational Risk and Assessment Control) – Used for connectivity and queue monitoring etc.
