VIL Project -

• Currently working on the VIL project.
• Worked on the CMG (Cloud Mobility Gateway) deployment and integration as part of core network modernization and expansion.
• Performed system integration and validation activities across 4G EPC components, focusing on seamless data path establishment and handovers.
• Took a key role in troubleshooting 4G data calls, using trace analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark) to analyze packet and signaling flows (S1, S11, S5/S8, and SGi interfaces).
• Validated LTE call flows for Attach, Default/Dedicated Bearer Setup, and Data Transfer to ensure protocol compliance and service continuity.

3UK Maya Project -

• Earlier, I contributed to the 3UK Maya Project.
• Support in CMG design activities.
• 3 environments: production, pre-production, and development.
• Deliverables: HLD, LLD, CIQ, connectivity matrix, and overlay design (all for CMG).
• Remote support of the existing network. Make updates to existing documentation, and make troubleshooting.
• When new elements are added to the network, new documentation (CIQ, connectivity matrix, and overlay design) should be created, and the existing one (HLD and LLD) should be updated.

• Good knowledge of CMM and CMG nodes.
• Completed Deployment CMM and CMG over CNF in STL LAB.
• Worked as a shadow person in the STARHUB Singapore project on CMM deployment and upgradation.
• Upgradation of AMF from version 22.5.0.9 to 22.5.0.11.
• Good knowledge of OpenStack and Cloud Platform.
• Good knowledge of preparing HLD and LLD.
• Preparing YAML file, UUID file, and JSON while deployment.

• Validate daily health checks and daily KPI reports for packet core nodes.
• Operations and maintenance of Cisco vGW (SGW & PGW, MME, CUPS, DNS).
• KPI restoration of SGSN/MME, and SPGW, and failure handling.
• Troubleshooting and providing root cause analysis for issues that occur at SGSN/MME, GGSN/vGW.
• Supporting Change Management teams for smooth and fault-free MW during network changes.
• Troubleshooting with the help of Wireshark traces, system logs, event logs, and correlation with alarms during service.

• Monitoring via PRTG web URLs for bandwidth checking, such as UGW, ISPs, Facebook, and Akamai.

• Worked on SPGW/ vGW, Project of Cisco and handling nodes such as vGW, CGF & CGNAT, DNS etc.

• Raise Incident and Problem TAC in HPSM portal for tracking the issue on Nodes.
• Doing basic troubleshooting on Node level.

• Worked on vEPG / vGW project of Ericsson and handling nodes such as vEPG cloud setup (redhat), vEPG (PGW and SGW), Routers , Switches , Firewalls, DNS, HP servers etc.
• To handle responsibilities of Data center O&M and circle team customer requirements.
• Daily Health checkups of concerned nodes.
• Preparing Daily weekly reports Dashboard reports, KPI reports.
• To raise Change request CR's in HPSM portal and as per requirement and make sure execution of them with help of NOC followed by pre and post activity testing and health checkup of nodes.
• Save and managing proper data backup in internal and External Hard Drives in case of any network Disaster.
• To login switches and routers and check status for basic operations like Ports status, BGP status, IP-Routes, Ping and Traces, Latency Reports.
• Fetching performance reports via sevonetool.
• Taking hardware logs and manages and Take the Server backups.
• Knowledge of Configure RAIDs in the Rack Servers and Blade Servers.

• Worked on I&C (Installation and Commissioning) of OSN MUX (Fiber Nodes) for Huawei Telecommunication Project at Jaipur Location.
• Earlier Involved in Configure of Cisco 920, Cisco 7200 series Router using TELNET.
