Skillset Mapping Dashboard

• Created end-to-end automated process to help leaders track skillset of resources for entire function and developed MS Power App to record new/ existing employee skillsets on semester basis.

• Set up processes to track CleverTap campaign data on a Periodic basis to evaluate campaign performance to help stakeholders in CLM & discounting decisions decreasing TAT by 90%.
