• Primary responsibilities include setting up new site pages/ sections/ campaign Landing pages using a web based AEM CMS (Adobe Experience Manager).
• Worked closely with global stakeholders and provided assistance to clients across120+ countries and incorporate additional functionalities tailored to their requirements.
• Maintained websites in more than120+ countries and80 languages adhering to the best SEO practices and WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards.
• Collaborated with different teams simultaneously for smooth and successful launch of campaigns.
• Expertise in DAM(Digital asset management), navigating and uploading assets as per standardize naming conventions and file type/size, etc
• Created tags using AEM Tags, helpful for keeping the content more categorized and descriptive.

ACS

• Managing the ACS (Adobe Campaign standard) tool for sending out e-news alerts to the targeted users, ensuring all communications are delivered effectively.
• Providing on-going support and guidance to team members to ensure that they were able to use the tool effectively and helped troubleshoot their issues.
• Responsible for raising and revoking access for the tool as per the requirement of the team, have also proactively scheduled refresher training for the same.

Other

• Have also acted as main POC for Bitly, which is used for creating QR codes and short URLs.
• Have hands-on experience on Formstack tool as well used to create forms and applying complex logic based on client requirements.
• Efficient in managing queue and have also acted as backup shift lead, experience in managing different CRM (Customer relationship management) system like JIRA and Optimizely.
• Proficient in utilizing Sprinklr for YouTube video publishing, ensuring smooth and timely uploads, managed video metadata, thumbnail for optimizing content for the required reach.
