- Supporting 750~ employees across 17 countries for world-wide capacity planning and 200~ employees for D2 support teams in India
- Partnering and leading Q1 and mid-year talent reviews or WWCP, at VP level
- Leading DEI charter and conducting DEI-specific talent reviews
- Partnering closely with CP leadership team on strategic planning initiatives like SPS, OP1, and 3YIP
