  • 6. Led TRM transition/implementation for newly acquired entities and supported multiple acquisitions, mergers and demergers in SAP for Treasury and Vendor-to-Pay processes.
  • 7. Automation leadership: mutual fund BOT automation, fund transfer automation, ICD BOT accounting, GST banking invoice tool, auto-clearing of bank open items via BOT logic, derivative MTM automation and real-time group dashboards in Power BI + RPA.
  • 8. Led end-to-end demerger/merger treasury transitions (movement of loans, mutual funds, deposits, debentures, LC/FC, buyers credit etc.) ensuring seamless continuity.
  • 9. Certified ISO Auditor; led yearly re-certification readiness including SOP updates and internal audits.
