  • Launched a new category for the pharma industry, "The Adult Vaccine"
  • Appointed as Business Lead in December 2022 for the new launching team of GSK Adult Vaccine
  • The entire team of was hand-picked from the industry for this launch and I was one of the 3 internal talents who was appointed with this role
  • As Business Lead, I led the team to create the entire ecosystem for the identied hcps across my region to practice Adult Vaccination to transform them as a Vaccinator
  • Engaged with super specialist like Oncologists, Rheumatologists, Haematologists, ID specialists, Transplant Surgeons, Pulmonologists, High End Dermatologists and Consulting Physicians
  • Instrumental in hiring, training and execution of strategies
  • Formulation of local strategy for my region, coverage of geography and identication of key specialties
  • Enabled my team on the therapy knowledge on vaccinology, Shingles and thereby educating and supporting the hcp build on this new concept of prevention
  • Leveraged the key resources both Above and below the line with the hcp which helped them build condence and their practice

  • As a team created various platforms to engage KOLs to disseminate science around adult immunization category and Shingrix
  • Worked closely with Marketing team on Regional Ignite Project (Train the trainer program) and engaged over 30 top Kols across different super specialty in last 2 months for one full day ignite session and developed them as speaker for our brand
  • As a region, could transform the practice of more than 50 hcps in trade and corporate accounts who incorporated adult vaccination as part of their practice
  • Provided important feedback to marketing and medical, virtually engaged top Kols for one-to-one medical connects, identied the challenges and gaps of initiating the adult vaccine practice and provided solution to it
  • Took lead to connect with key associations and various platforms and conducted 3 Third party meetings that involved more than 400 hcps from different specialty
  • Drove my region to engage more than 500 hcps through standalone promotional meet
