• Quality inspection of Pipelines welding included RT, UT, MPT
• Hydro Test & pneumatic testing of Pipelines

• Project : Producer Gas Plant Erection and Blast Furnace Certify plant layout, Erection & Commissioning of Producer Gas Plant
• Confirms product performance by ensuring the quality of Alignment, & Erection
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Responsible for fabrication of pipes, bends, reducer, tee, spool support, manifold etc
• Ensuring the smooth Operation of Blast Furnace in the Shift
• Ensuring Safe Cast house practice & Hot metal handling Pig casting Machine Operation, Hot Blast Operation GCP
• RMHS handling and ensuring personal and Plant Safety
• Ensuring the quality of Hot Metal for Required Grade and Burden correction
• Manpower handling in the Shift CO-Ordination with other Departments
• Involved during furnace revival as it was Chilled
• Responsible for internal inspection of jobs during various stage of fabrication of pipes, bend, reducer etc Familiarity with Quality Assurance Records, Plans, Procedures, Inspection Forms, Request Forms, NDE requirements &Test Records

• Project : Project Handling of Production of Cranes manufacturing of Capacity 5-500T
• Responsible for handling project status tracking the purchase and production status of CRANES
• Handling the day to day activity like purchase record, drawing revision control, follows up of vendors, providing service to the customer & co-ordination with Assembly for manufacturing control
• Completing the monthly purchase target, delivery compliances and making purchase report
• Dispatch of cranes to customer Salvaging of Scrap/Spares into another cranes
