• Developed queries and stored procedures from the scratch in MySQL Workbench to automate complex data retrieval tasks.
• Utilized Microsoft Excel for data analysis, providing insights on trends that supported accurate decision-making by top-level executives. Also created basic Excel VBA Macros for regular Excel reports.
• Developed interactive dashboards using SQL, that improves data accessibilty and understanding for stakeholders.
