With over 18.5 years of experience in IT, I have led Performance Engineering across global VOIS centers. I have progressed from a developer to Head of Performance Engineering, gaining expertise in Quality Engineering, test automation, and process optimization. I have extensive experience in End-to-End Performance Test & Engineering Activities and all phases of Quality Engineering. This includes strategic leadership in adopting SRE principles like Chaos & Resilience Testing and automated prod telemetry. I successfully implemented CI/CD integration for automated tests using Jenkins and Azure DevOps and have developed award-winning solutions in DevOps and Testing. My quick adaptability to new technologies and strong problem-solving skills have transformed test teams into high-performing, automation-driven units. I have a wealth of experience managing large teams and driving continuous improvement. Passionate about leveraging AI/ML & GenAI in testing, particularly interested in self-healing test automation, automated test reporting and predictive defect analysis.
