• Handling accesses related tasks and incidents in multiple. Handling the access management in different Environments [Production, Development and Testing]. Handling Mainframe-related tasks and incidents Resolved escalated Incidents.
• Handling the incidents and tasks through the ticketing tool Responsible to ensure SLAs are met for Incidents and Problem records. Run the Bridge call for all Critical incidents with all required teams and stakeholders. Sending Communications / Notifications to End users informing them about the Critical incident and the impact and workaround.
• Create problem tickets and assign it to problem management team for identifying RCA. Creation and modification of exchange resources like Distribution Lists, Shared E- mail account, Security groups.
• Creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts on JDE tools.
  Setting up servers as per the client standards and granting permissions on them. Creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts on Windows Servers.
• Creation, modification, and deletion of CISCO (DECT, DESK) Phones
