• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and design consultants to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Track physical progress and productivity of civil, structural, and finishing activities.
• Prepare and submit progress reports- MPR & QPR with S-curves, and dashboards for client and management.
• Support in preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and disruption narratives.
• Track and verify contractor bills & based on achieved quantities and material consumption.
• Assist in planning for material, equipment, and manpower resources.
• Identify critical activities and update the critical path regularly to keep the project on track.
• Support client coordination meetings and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Maintain all planning-related documentation, compliances and maintain data for audit and reporting.
• Maintain all documents related to planning & project progress complying with best practices of quality documentation.

• Prepare the monthly progress reports and PowerPoint presentation about the progress of the work.
• Providing the updated programme by the end of the month and wherever required by client.
• Updating of the schedule with respect to best scheduling practices and based on progress updates from the respective sites.
• Compare planned vs achievement, analysis the progress of the project and present report to client periodically or strip chart.
• Prepare look-ahead schedule for the respective site/section incharge periodically. Raise alerts in advance for any potential delays in achieving critical milestones.
• Ensure advance warning to management for intervention.
• Contractor and Sub-Contractor Billing.
• RFI Handling and Closing.
• Measurement Book Preparation.
• Consumable Material Management.
