Role - MS Dynamics CRM Developer.

Led the development of a smart "Medical Overseas Treatment System" for Dubai Health Authority (DHA), streamlining overseas treatment operations for UAE nationals and expatriates. The system standardized business processes across Dubai HQ, London, and Germany offices, automating manual tasks and improving accuracy in request handling. authorization, accounting, and reporting. Key objectives included reducing processing time, enhancing productivity, and creating a user-friendly interface for both internal and external users. This project aimed to align DHA's services with smart government standards and boost the UAE's customer happiness index. The system reengineered and automated overseas treatment processes, significantly improving healthcare service efficiency in Dubai.

• Key accomplishments and responsibilities:
  
  Customization and creation of Forms, Fields, Views, Business rule, Security Roles, Workflows, and Reports.
  
  Responsible for all type of customization in CRM as per business requirement.
  
  Customizing business logic client-side scripting and plug-ins as appropriate.
  
  Maintains high quality by working within standards.
  
  Works with project team members including writing functional specifications, coding, unit testing, debugging, and maintenance of assigned software modules.
  
  Worked with these tools when required XRM Toolbox, Plug-in Registration tool, Data Migration Utility tool.
  
  Participated in client meetings to gather requirements, provide project updates, and demonstrate software functionality
