Attend leadership calls on a weekly basis to discuss the plan of action, red, and amber areas to be streamlined.
Connect with top talent associates to ensure we understand their skill requirements in terms of career progression as a retention strategy.
Succession planning of resources, employee. KPIs in line with the client requirements in terms of knowledge management.
Capability building - identify upskilling requirements, brainstorm with internal/external stakeholders to implement the initiatives.
Conduct monthly PKT, cross-training requirements and periodic team shuffle based on business requirements.
