• I am having 19+ years of overall experience mostly in Telecom, Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance and Retail domains with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry.

• I had successfully delivered the complex Data Centre Migration project for National Grid USA account in multi-vendor environment through agile methodology. I had worked as main contact point from IBM side (for application and infra related details) to move all business critical applications from DXC Data Centre to WIPRO Data Centre.

• Worked as Scrum Master in Ericsson AB account for 'Ericsson Work Force Management' program in multi vendor environment.

• Having knowledge of integrating manufacturing applications(.Net) with Coupa tool.

• I orchestrated the complex solutioning, designing, development and deployment of 'Business ADSL Provisioning' Telecom application which is a very crucial application for different Business users, all the while efficiently coordinating with IT teams and third-party providers.

• Over the years, I have capably technically overseen numerous impactful programs and projects spanning diverse portfolios(e.g. Virgin Media, PMI, CITI Bank USA, Walmart, Henkel Germany,Ericsson, AP Moller Maersk, New York Life Insurance, Inpex-Australia, National Grid-USA). Collaborating closely with stakeholders, I contribute to designing and implementing development/support roadmaps that align with project timelines and delivery milestones.

• Skilled in ASP.NET/C#, SQL SERVER, Service Now, Coupa Tool, Tagetik Tool(based on MSBI and ETL concept), Elastic Search, Jenkins and Solution Architecture. Having strong communication skill and client handling capability, worked as onsite coordinator/offshore cordinator.
