- Maintain Process operational parameters to achieve stable plant running and higher productivity
- Optimization of process to improve machine efficiency and power consumption
- Manage & optimize of grinding media to achieve lower power consumption and higher productivity
- Maintain and records production data for comparative analysis and process improvements
- Monitoring the false air, flow measurement to achieve lower power consumption
- Analysis of process breakdown with root cause and CAPA to avoid repetitive breakdown
- Trouble-shooting the process running problems to avoid any breakdown
- Manage and handle the plant shutdown activities to complete shutdown in timeline and restart the plant
- Manage, handle and develop the ISO documents and implement the ISO & Auditee for all process activities & perform internal audit
- Develop detailed departmental budget for the year based on annual production planning
- Perform SAP operation with PP and PM module activities to records and maintain MIS reports
- Focus on plant housekeeping activities for man & machinery safety and clean work place
- Process manpower handling to align proper work distribution and completion of work within timeline
- Maintain and manage the manpower working activities, attendance and billing records
- Manage and maintain all safety activities -SOP-DP, OCP, engineering controls, work permits, job specific safety trainings, TBT, PPE monitoring, emergency preparedness plan etc
- To achieve 3M-man, machine and material safety at work place.
