• In which oil lubricated piston & screw compressors & oil free reciprocating compressors (best technologies of the world) along with the heat-less regenerative Air Dryers are the main equipment.
• Design & development of the Mounting Frame, Accessories, Pneumatic fittings & hoses of the Compressors.
• CAD - 3D parametric Modeling & Assembling - Fabrication & manufacturing drawings usibg Creo 2.0 (Pro/E).
• Revise & redraw existing drawings.
• Coordinate development of prototypes and appropriate electronic data to both internal development department & external supplier.
• Preparation of Bill of Materials, Engineering change Notifications & Engineering Change Requests.
• Develop information for product installation literature & spare part lists.
• Knowledge of common national/international standards, understand product/part specific standards (Customer specification) and their use during drawing/data creation.
• Windchill & PLM are the drawing, data & model management systems in practice.

• Prototype commissioning at CLW (Chitranjan Locomotive Works), Asansol, on locomotive and Metro trains at Delhi and other location.
• Presentation & Technical on Compressor Systems, working and its design to service engineering people for better product life.
• Also have a good hand in testing & inspection of Screw Compressors in DMRC and Airport Metro Delhi.
