• The project was successfully completed by reducing the close cycle from 5 to 2 days
• Automation of process of updating the monthly FX rates into PS resulted in reduction of 50% of the time during month end

• Managed the books of accounts firm having 2 Real estate projects having developed area of 9 Lakh sq ft with a team of 4 members.
• Prepared Cash flow estimates and project estimates on a regular interval basis.
• Submitted project reports to various banks.
