DESCRIPTION:

The aim of my project is to minimize the distortion occurred by hiding sensitive information behind the image. Steganography technique is used to embed information. While embedding, distortion occurs and intruders can easily get through the information. To overcome this problem, we used Syndrome Trellis Code. It consists of wet paper channel, which is used to reduce the changed dry pixels. By using this code there is no possibility for the occurrence of distortion and the unauthorized person cannot get through the information.
