· Planning and Executing unit level L&D projects, Engagement initiatives & Outsource staff Management
· Timely execution& review of L&D initiatives for the transformation projects (For FO, OSVE, Nursing Process Champions)
· LMS adoption in the unit. Adherence to the defined timelines for Dashboard, MIS submission (Training calendar, Training coverage reports, Feedback, Assessment scores), Maintaining compliance records as per NABH/ NABL/ JCI norms for audit purpose
· End to End execution of the Buddy program, Max Silver Star, Vaarta
· Conduction & review of IDP for Manager's Capability Development Program & Supervisory Capability Development Program.
· Strengthening the NEEV Program on the 5 service behavior standards of the Max.
· Successfully completion of Service excellence orientation and audit
· Execution of LEP & HREP across units of Max.
· Ensure 100% adherence to documentations related to NABH & JCI
· Successfully carrying out various L & D initiatives like Saarthi, Unnati, Vriddhi etc.
· Conduct & coordination of Induction Training (Parichay) for new joiners
· Execution of Various Employee retention Policy (Rubaroo, 1st salary letter, Happy Goodbye etc.)
· To coordinate and conduct Employee Engagement Practices
· Execution of Umang Project with (Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum & GEM Awards)
· Imparting training(Compliance and soft skill training - In House) to the employees.
· To maintain updated training records & data at all the times as per NABH Standards
· To evaluate impact of training through feedback forms & pre-post training tests & to analyze the same for corrective actions as & when required
· Audit of Training- To make surprise/ unscheduled visit to the departments to observe the impact of training imparted
· To conduct ESS & Employee Rights & responsibilities survey
· To handle the PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) for employees at various level
· IC member of the organization to handle the POSH cases (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace) and sensitize the employees through training at various level regarding the same
