Ø Checking of all account opening forms and authorizing the same before it being sent to WBO Location / RDVU / CPU
o Monitoring Tatkal Kits issued to customers
o Checking of account opening forms / documentation /customer instructions at branch.
o Monitoring Cheque dummy account on daily basis.
Ø Authorization of Stop Payment requests at branch
Ø Taking care of all teller transactions. (Cash, RTGS, NEFT, DD, Fund Transfer, clearing cheques, Inward and outward remittance)
Ø Monitor lockers allocation and all other related operations
Ø Authorize all PB transactions and ensure that proper process has been followed
Ø Checking all the mandatory reports on daily basis.
Ø Complaint Management -Ensure quality customer service is delivered. Attending Irate customers at branches.
Ø Managing customer centric Banking Operations& ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Attending to investors/ clients concerns & complaints & requests and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.
