• Led Treasury workshops with key stakeholders to identify business needs, improve operational workflows, and define functional requirements through FIT/GAP analysis, RICEFW documentation, and KDD finalization.

• Led the Payments and Bank Integration team through a successful global go-live involving 16 banks, focusing on A/P and Treasury payments.
• Configured and tested payment processes (F110/F111) including B2B, B2C, and free-form payments, along with DMEE trees for multiple bank formats such as ACH and Wire transfers.
• Implemented payment interfaces with technical teams for SWIFT network integration between banks and SAP systems.

• Led the global Treasury transformation from a technical standpoint, implementing Bank Account Management (BAM), payment processing, Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) automation, and cash management functionalities within the SAP TRM framework
• Configured EBS for 1,500+ bank accounts across 50 countries, including advanced search strings and custom cash accounting enhancements
• Prepared functional specs, test scripts, and training materials, while conducting user demos and providing end-to-end go-live support
