Most of the important functions of the Department have been made online. Key Dealer services such as Registration, returns & registrations are also available online

• Evaluated and Implemented the Post Sustainable Allowance (DBT) to the Patients
• Implemented different types data modeling's on Power Bi
• Designed and developed citizen Mobile Application for tracking and viewing the treatment details
• Grievance Redressal mechanism for both Citizens and Network Hospitals
• Analyze the client's business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, meetings, and workflows
• Responsibilities also include Project Planning and Defining Scope, Activity Planning, Sequencing, Resource Planning, Developing Schedules, Time Estimation, Developing a Budget, Product and Project Documentation
