  • Understand the client's overall Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Operations schedule and ensure that all activities (such as OS monitoring, batch, backup, and user profile management) are completed as per given SOPs and planned timelines.

  • Provide technical support to end-users for Windows-related issues. Collaborate with the helpdesk to resolve escalated tickets and ensure timely issue resolution. Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
