Arranging day-to-day operational activities.

• Assisting drivers with locating addresses, and providing delivery instructions.

• De-brief of drivers, ensuring processes are followed correctly.

• Monitor and update milestones via various systems.
• Follow up on any inquiries or issues raised, and ensure milestones are populated for shipments booked.
• Liaise with 3PL carriers to secure appropriate transport.
• Liaise with the company’s 3PL portal (local) for booking transport and shipment monitoring.
• Ensure all 3PLs adhere to the company’s collection and delivery process, and update relevant milestones within agreed timeframes.
• Input data into the system to support customers for manual shipment requests, out of scope.
• Receive bookings from customers, and organize transport requests.

• Client interaction through face-to-face meetings and providing property options as per their needs and budget.
